Shipping processing time: We process and ship orders within two to three business days, excluding holidays. Please note that Friday is observed as a holiday. All orders are shipped after a clear payment. A time a courier provider takes to deliver your order most of the time is two to four business days. Orders are dispatched by DHL or Fedex Shipping Providers. Disclaimer: It’s buyers’ responsibility for any duties, customs processing fees or import tax which may apply to you by your country. Wannely isn’t not responsible for any delay due to custom Clearance in buyer’s country.
Return
Return: We want you to love your Wannely experience, so If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, you may request a return or exchange of the item or order within 14 days of the receipt date. To return a product, please send an email with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return to Contact@Wannely.com within 14 days of receipt date. We will then provide a return note and mailing information via email. Please print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and Wannely will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Refunds: Returns must be received at our warehouse in order to receive a refund. Once received, you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds can take 7-10 business days for processing to appear in your card account depending on your card issuer’s processing times. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Additionally, original shipping fees will not be refunded.
