We accept the following credit cards : MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.We also accept payment by PayPal.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY

Yes You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping cart items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account.

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at Contact@wannely.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is cancelled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible..

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via Contact@wannely.com , we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll dispatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

We ship orders in one to two business days excluding holidays which are Friday. We Ship Your Items from Cairo, Egypt Where our business is located. A time a courier provider takes to deliver your order most of the time is two to four business days. The Courier Providers we deal with are DHL and Fedex.

We Ship our product to worldwide.

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout Do you cover customs and tax fees? Wannely is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns and Refunds:

We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have a return policy that is easy for our customers. Purchases can be returned within 7 days of receipt, as long as it’s undamaged, unused, and contained in its original packaging. To return, please contact us via Contact@wannely.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return, and we will issue you with a return note by email. Return shipping costs back to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Please contact us via Contact@wannely.com and include a photo of the item and a description of the damage. All damages need to be reported within 1 weeks of delivery receipt. Please keep our environment in mind, and respect that we only send out replacements if a product is damaged to the point that it is unusable.
