Return and Refund Policy

Return:

We want you to love your Wannely experience, so If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, you may request a return or exchange of the item or order within 7 days of the purchase date.

 

To return a product, please send an email with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return to Contact@Wannely.com within 7 days of receipt. We will then provide a return note and mailing information via email. Please print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and Wannely will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

 

Refunds:

Returns must be received at our warehouse in order to receive a refund. Once received, you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds can take 7-10 business days for processing to appear in your card account depending on your card issuer’s processing times. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Additionally, original shipping fees will not be refunded.
